Site and Account Use

Customers are responsible for ensuring account information, address, contact number, and checkout details are accurate. Activity performed through a customer account is considered valid activity by the account owner.

• Use valid, active, and reachable data for order verification needs.
• Keep account access secure and contact Acusius immediately if there is unrecognized activity.
• Acusius may reject or limit transactions indicated as unusual, manipulative, or risky to other parties.

Pricing, Stock, and Product Information

We try to display product information, price, color, size, stock, and pre-order status as accurately as possible. However, stock changes, price corrections, or information updates may occur according to operational conditions.

If an information error affects an order, Acusius will contact the customer to offer adjustment, replacement, refund, or cancellation according to the transaction condition.

Checkout and Payment

Orders are processed after customers complete checkout and follow the available payment instructions. Payment may require automatic or manual verification depending on method and transaction status.

• Customers must pay according to the amount, method, and deadline shown in checkout instructions.
• Unpaid orders or orders that fail verification may be cancelled automatically or manually.
• Payment proof submitted by customers must be clear, match the transaction, and not be manipulated.

Pre-Order and Payment

Pre-order products follow production schedules, quota, and estimates that may change because of production, quality control, supplier, or shipping factors. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

• Pre-order products must be fully paid according to checkout instructions before items are shipped.
• Pre-order items that have entered production may have cancellation or refund limitations.
• Acusius will provide reasonable updates if there are significant changes to the pre-order timeline.

Cancellation, Order Changes, and Misuse

Cancellation or order-change requests are reviewed based on payment status, item readiness, production process, and shipping status. Once an order reaches certain stages, changes may no longer be possible.

• Customers may not use the site for fraud, spam, promo abuse, unauthorized access attempts, or actions that disrupt Acusius operations.
• Acusius reserves the right to reject transactions, cancel orders, or limit access if activity violates these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Acusius is responsible for running sales processes professionally according to available information and applicable terms. However, Acusius is not responsible for indirect losses caused by customer data errors, third-party service interruptions, courier delays, or factors beyond Acusius reasonable control.
